Chile Verde

This recipe uses our newest dip -- All Stars Green Chile Ole'!

You will need the following ingredients:

2 lbs. Pork Shoulder - Cubed

4 to 5 Tomatillos - Washed and Diced

1/2 Small Onion - Chopped

1/4 Green Bell Pepper - Chopped

1 oz. package of All Stars Green Chile Ole'

Water, Salt & Pepper to taste


Sear meat until it starts to brown. Add tomatillos, onion and bell pepper; stir until incorporated.  Add enough boiling water to cover meat.  Add 1oz. All Stars Green Chile Ole'!  Simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring often.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until meat is tender.  Serve with refried beans and Spanish Rice or over steamed white or brown rice.  ENJOY!
