Chile Verde

 You will need the following ingredients:

2 lbs. Pork Shoulder - Cubed

4 to 5 Tomatillos - Washed and Diced

1/2 Small Onion - Chopped

1/4 Green Bell Pepper - Chopped

1 oz. package of All Stars Green Chile Ole!


Directions:

Water, Salt & Pepper to taste. Sear meat until it starts to brown. Add tomatillos, onion and bell pepper; stir until incorporated.  Add enough boiling water to cover meat.  Add 1oz. All Stars Green Chile Ole'!  Simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring often.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until meat is tender.  Serve with refried beans and Spanish Rice or over steamed white or brown rice.

Dilly Lemon Fish

You will need the following:

1 - whole fish, or fish fillets if you prefer

1 - 1 oz. package of All Stars Dilly Lemon Dip Mix


Directions:

Rinse fish and pat dry. Spray with your choice of cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.  Evenly sprinkle with 1 oz. of All Stars Dilly Lemon Dip Mix and  bake at 350 degrees until done approx. 30 - 40 minutes.

Spanish Rice

You will need the following:

1 - 1oz. package of All Stars Garlic Delight

1 Cup Rice - long grain or pearl

1 Ripe Tomato - finely chopped

Crushed Oregano - a generous pinch

2 Chicken flavored bullion cubes

2 c. Boiling Water

4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil


Directions:

In a bowl mix water, bullion, All Stars Garlic Delight Dip Mix and oregano and set aside.  Using a 2 Qt. pot with lid, heat oil and brown rice stirring often until rice is a golden color.  Turn heat on low and add chopped tomatoes.  Stir for one minute and add remaining ingredients.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cover tightly and allow rice to simmer for 18-20 minutes.  Do not remove lid during this simmering process.  Remove from burner and leave covered for another 3-5 minutes.  Stir and serve.
